- Thermal protection: the battery design includes a management system with a thermal cutout to prevent overheating.
- Internal water resistance: the battery unit itself is designed to be water-resistant.
- Voltage protection: built-in safety measures protect against USB charging overvoltage.
- Current protection: we include protection against USB charging overcurrent.
- Waterproof enclosure: the external design features a water-resistant enclosure, an over-moulded operation button, and a waterproof USB connector to keep moisture out.
- Automated production: we use a full SMT (Surface Mount Technology) design, allowing for fully automated production that guarantees consistent build quality.
- Product safety approvals: the complete unit holds the necessary product safety approvals.
