How do I pair and calibrate my ShowerStar?
Setting up your ShowerStar is quick and easy. The app features a built-in wizard that guides you through the pairing and calibration process in just a couple of minutes.
By pairing your device, you ensure the smart flow detection works perfectly for your specific shower pressure.
Before you begin
Please ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device. The ShowerStar uses Bluetooth to communicate with the app during this initial setup.
Steps to pair your device

Open the TouchGrid App: Launch the app on your smartphone.

Start the Wizard: Navigate to Add Device in the main menu. The installation wizard will launch automatically.

Connect: The app will search for your ShowerStar. Keep your phone within 2 metres of the shower unit during this process.

Calibrate: Once paired, the wizard will ask you to run the water. This allows the device to learn the specific flow rate of your shower for accurate timing.
Note: You do not need to press any buttons on the device. The ShowerStar automatically detects when the water runs.
