Let's try a few troubleshooting steps for your ShowerStar

1. Make sure the ShowerStar is charged and powered on.

2. Ensure you have the latest version of firmware uploaded on the ShowerStar.

3. Ensure the mounting cradle is mounted firmly to the shower or pipe with the cable ties fastened tightly.

4. Make sure the ShowerStar is fully inserted into the mounting cradle.

5. If it still isn't sensing water flow, try mounting it in a different location.
