How do I view my shower history logs?

Tracking your progress is one of the most impactful ways to conserve water and energy. Your ShowerStar app records your usage to show you exactly how much you are saving over time.

You can view your history logs to see the impact of the "behavioural nudges" —transforming those "marathon sessions" into sustainable 4-minute showers.

Steps to view your shower logs

  1. Open the TouchGrid App on your mobile device.

  2. Locate and tap View App History Shower Logs.

  3. You will see a breakdown of your recent showers. This data helps you spot trends, such as which times of day have the highest usage or if you are consistently hitting the "green" target.

  4. To view the shower history logs, refer to the instruction document. Please click View App History Shower Logs.

 

Note: Consistent use of the traffic-light system (green, amber, and red alerts) is proven to reduce shower time by an average of 3.2 minutes per shower.
